UNiQO staff and partners cannot review all materials hosted or submitted through UNiQO’s network and partners, and as such UNiQO is not responsible for any content, not web, not email and not any other type of written, presented or recorded content. UNiQO also reserves the right to delete any type of content that will not comply with the nature of our business such may include sex, politics, obscene, spamming, vulgar, and similar type of content. UNiQO reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that will not comply with UNiQO’s Terms of Use.

You and or your customers remain solely responsible for all content hosted, submitted or linked to in any possible way, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNiQO, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your evaluation(s) and review(s). YOU UNDERSTAND THAT UNIQO MAY NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES AND/OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT, IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY.

You are 100% responsible for all content, images, video, recordings, emails and any other type of content or otherwise usage and activities that you make with your account and account information. UNiQO is not liable in any form to provide you with legal support or any other support for that reason and you are solely responsible for your account usage.

Our services are provided "AS-IS" and UNiQO assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, missed delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

We advise that you take extra precautions with handling your account information, like username and passwords and not to allow foreign users to connect to your site and email services.

Under no circumstances shall UNiQO be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any service, content, goods or services available on our web site.

UNIQO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CORRECTNESS OR RELIABILITY OF THE CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR THE SERVICE ITSELF; (B) ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT SOFTWARE DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; AND (C) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOU AGREE THAT UNIQO, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT (OR ANY PART THEREOF) OR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND REMOVE AND DISCARD ANY CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICE, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IF UNIQO BELIEVES THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED OR ACTED INCONSISTENTLY WITH THE LETTER OR SPIRIT OF THE TERMS OF USE. UNIQO MAY ALSO IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND AT ANY TIME DISCONTINUE PROVIDING THE SERVICE, OR ANY PART THEREOF, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU AGREE THAT ANY TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS TERMS OF USE MAY BE EFFECTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, AND ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT UNIQO MAY IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL RELATED INFORMATION AND FILES IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR BAR ANY FURTHER ACCESS TO SUCH FILES OR THE SERVICE. FURTHER, YOU AGREE THAT UNIQO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY FOR ANY TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA. UNIQO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ITS NEGLIGENCE OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE AND ANY CONTENT THROUGH THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL UNIQO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON SUCH CONTENT. UNIQO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF UNIQO, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT IN THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID UNIQO FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
